Like I said lah, it’s not my best showing ever. But on a happier note, I didn’t fail my HCL. Summore get B4 =D Ok maybe its not very good, but I ‘m happy I didn’t fail this time.The rest of my subjects had a rather mediocre showing. Especially literature with the 36/60. Sorry >.< . Luckily Mrs Ouyang gave me 13 for the multimedia presentation itself. So in the end I end up getting an A1. Thanks XD
And I just found out that I got my a55 pwnt for Geog. There’s people getting 82+ for geog and that’s kinda emoing. Looks like I may just end up going up on stage next year to get a DnT medal only. Even then I don’t think I’m getting it even. Hopefully not.
Oh, but we have to present our diorama tomorrow for Arts day. Yeah.

I may end up not being the highest in my class. Nevermind, can always buck up for SA2 and CA2. I guess I’ve disappointed myself and a few teachers. Maybe the teachers don’t really care, so its more like myself.

Erm, I’m not yeahing because of the pictuer of me. Nor is it the piece of paper. I’m yeahing because I finally got a webcam. No more ‘Oh, I can’t video call without a webcam’ on MSN. xD
Actually, I went to funan to get a earphone extension. I finally bought a new pair of panasonic earphones. Problem is, I thought 0.2m was very little difference from my previous earphones.WRONG. 0.2m is like…a lot of difference. Instead of being able to put my Zen into my crumpler, I had to hold it in my hand for over a week. I was like bending down if I wanted to plug the thing into my computer and listen to music. So you can tell it looks abit like the sony ericsson earphones, adapter wise. Erm…although honestly it wasn’t very worth it. $18 for a 0.5m extension. I mean, WTF? But it makes everything sound clearer for some reason, and its Audio Technica xD
My home might look a little messy, but its because the wire cable is being used for something so its stretching, and the dining table is a little cluttered with things like the challenger bag from the shopping spree xD

Not the most fantastic showing ever…
…but reasonable enough.I guess everyone in the class would know my results by now, so since I don’t really know everything I’m going to wait for the results slip to come out. I’m not going to lambaste my results or anything because if I did it would be seriously ego-ish. At the same time, it works the other way.

No borders to epic failures. Argh. Everyone’s happy and satisfied but me. I guess its time to take a step back and reevaluate what I really want for my Sec 2 life in VS and beyond. The June holidays would be a much needed sabbatical from life. For me at least.

Francis is a genius ->If I ‘m not wrong, genius is metonymy. WELL, you MIGHT have cringed at that sentence, but you have to accept the awesome ego truth. (I’m not even sure if that’s accurate, in terms of word usage)
There were over 600 test takers if I’m not mistaken. There was like a huge array of people. Like from River valley and VS and Cedar to St. Patrick’s and Broderick Secondary. Erm. No Comments. Not surprisingly, the majority were VS people.
The tests were extremely difficult.
To quote Squidward:”Do I look like I’m not serious?”
English was confusing enough. “Which of these summarizes the passage”. I mean, it was really close with a lot of answers being similar. Maths was a killing; the questions which weren’t blank were mostly just filled in desperation.
The atmosphere was buzzing. I also saw a lot of old friends. teehee. xD
To show you howcrowded the place was. The queue stretched all the way from the canteen to the hall. By my standards, that’s quite long.
Something which I didn’t really like was that you could discuss the tests that you’ve taken with others. But I’m glad to see that the people I could potentially spend 4 years with, and that’s a huge COULD had some sort of character building.
Willing cam-whore. LOL.

I guess the difficulty of the tests really showed how there’s a large gap between the education VS provides and what VJ provides. More focus is on application and how you interpret things. YOUR ideas.
I mean, I’m not telling you all to run over to VJ, because I’m not sure if I can get in either. I mean, I’m starting to flounder in VS already.

Today we had maths lesson. Right after exams. Aiyo. That’s really a wet blanket. And furthermore, we’re supposed to do homework. Like…erm? It was really funny though. When Ms Lim dropped the figure she was teaching us with, she was like “piang piang ping piang” and then we were like “woah, got sound effect wor”. Overly drama -.-”
Then during PE Soccer assesment, which was so embarrassing I’d rather not talk about, we walked up to the water cooler to have a drink since the bottom floor was spoilt. And we didn’t even make a lot of noise. It was more like the retarded sec 1s being distracted like we were gambolling naked. Bunch of clowns. The teacher was like telling us not to distract her class.
And yours truly, did something really stupid. I was like “Okay, since you don’t want to see us I’ll help you close the door”. LOL. Luckily I was wearing PE. But anyway, even now, it’s like, the water cooler isn’t yours, so if those monkeys of yours get distracted, hey not my business okay.
Speaking of unlucky, I guess this isn’t my day. I met him like 3 times today. Like erm? Everyday I’m getting more and more jittery. Can’t wait for this Friday and next Monday aye.

I don’t know why, but this is the BEST exam I’ve ever been in. Not that I’m confident of my results or anything(I’d be inclined to say that I screwed up) but the invigilators were seriously quacky.

I see my new keyboard xD Yeah man, it feels so much better. Almost like the mac ergonomics. But not quite. I’m not used to the mini depression in the centre, but there’s a solid enough feeback, unlike certain keyboards I’ve used that don’t ive you a response.
The new mouse feels bigger. YAY.
On a more serious note. Haiz. Sometimes, you throw your hands up high in frustration. Not at anything, but at your inability to do anything.
When you treat a person nicely, he doesn’t do work.
When you criticize a person for his lacklustre work, he says you don’t give him leeway.
When you ask him why he cannot be bothered to contribute, he acts as if he has gotten everything under control and juxtaposes you with other people and thinks he has the liberty to do whatever he wants, and is such a “hot commodity”.
Well, VS has really shown me what group work really is.

The past few days was…kinda bad I guess?
First off with English situational. I was sick lol. What a way to start the exams? Geography was seriously…kinda shaky. I don’t really have faith in the 5 mark questions. Bye bye A1 ):
Then Chinese compo. Erm…I’d guess that was okay? Although one thing I did notice was that I repeated a lot of the phrases etc. So its kinda obvious that both the situational and the essay were written by me if you didn’t see the names.
Then science today. Last night I spend the entire night trying to memorise the solubility table. Somehow, I managed to memorise everything except sulfates. And lo and behold, BaSO4 comes out. So is it soluble?
NO. But I put yes. haiz.
Even better, thymol blue became methyl blue. Oh well, it’s less stupid than last year’s paper.
Although this time I’m way more relaxed than last year. I think that’s kinda a bad sign. It’s like last year I made a tiny mistake in my bio paper and i was literally emoing the house down. This year…not so much.
I guess you reach a certain point where you come to accept that you’ve tried your best but you just couldn’t do it. And that’s okay. I guess.
